Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your unique art piece! As each item is created especially for you through our partnership with Dan Art Labs, our on-demand printing service, our return and exchange policy is designed to address any issues effectively.

Important Note: Each item is custom-printed for your order. We do not hold inventory.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize! We will gladly replace it for you.

To report an issue:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please send an email to [Your Email Address Here] with the following information:
    • Your order number.
    • A clear description of the issue.
    • Crucially, high-quality photos or a video clearly showing the damage, defect, or the incorrect item. This is essential for our print partner (Dan Art Labs) to process the claim.
  2. Once we verify the issue with Dan Art Labs, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
  3. You typically will not need to return the damaged or incorrect item. Please do not discard it until we confirm.

Sizing Issues (Apparel)

While we strive to provide accurate sizing charts for all our apparel, we understand that fit can be tricky.

  • Please double-check the sizing charts provided on each product page before making a purchase. These are Dan Art Labs's official sizing guides and are generally very accurate.
  • We cannot offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues unless the item received dramatically differs from the provided sizing chart measurements. If you believe there's a significant discrepancy (e.g., you ordered a Large and received a shirt that measures like an X-Small according to our chart), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Your Email Address Here] with photos of the item clearly showing its measurements.
  • In most other sizing cases, if you wish for a different size, it will be considered a new order at your expense. We encourage careful review of sizing before purchase.

Buyer's Remorse / Accidental Orders / Change of Mind

As every item is custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or if you simply change your mind. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before placing your order.


Lost in Transit

If your order tracking shows that your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [Your Email Address Here] after the estimated delivery window has passed. We will work with Dan Art Labs and the shipping carrier to investigate and, if confirmed lost, arrange for a replacement.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to Dan Art Labs due to an incorrect address provided by you, or if it goes unclaimed, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.


How to Initiate a Return/Exchange (for eligible cases only)

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for eligible cases where a replacement is not possible or feasible (e.g., if the item is permanently out of stock).
