Shipping Policy - Dan Art Labs

Welcome to Dan Art Labs! We are dedicated to delivering unique, high-quality art pieces directly to you. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how your orders are processed and shipped.

1. Our Business Model: On-Demand Production & No Physical Stores

At Dan Art Labs, we operate on an on-demand production model. This means that every single art piece, apparel item, or merchandise you order is custom-printed and created specifically for you after your purchase is confirmed.

  • No Physical Stock: We do not hold a pre-made inventory of products. This allows us to offer a wider range of designs and minimizes waste.

  • No Physical Stores: Please be aware that Dan Art Labs does not operate any physical retail stores. All purchases are made exclusively through our online platform, and all items are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner, Dan Art Labs, to your specified address.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our fulfillment process:

  • Fulfillment Time: It typically takes 2–7 business days for our fulfillment partner, Dan Art Labs, to create, print, and prepare your product(s) for shipment. This timeframe is dedicated to the meticulous production of your custom item and does not include the shipping transit time.

3. Shipping Times & Costs

3.1. Shipping Time Estimates: After your order has been fulfilled (see Section 2), it will be handed over to the shipping carrier. The estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • USA Orders: 3–4 business days

  • International Orders: 5–15 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, peak holiday seasons, or unforeseen weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

3.2. Shipping Carriers: We partner with a network of reliable shipping carriers (including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) to ensure your order reaches you efficiently. Our fulfillment partner, Dan Art Labs, selects the best carrier for your specific order based on factors like product type, destination, and service efficiency.

3.3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. These costs are determined by the size, weight, and quantity of the items in your order, as well as your delivery destination. All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. International Shipping Information

  • Availability: We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries worldwide.

  • Customs, Duties, & Taxes: For all international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country's customs office. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend that you check with your local customs authority for more information on potential charges before placing an international order.

  • Phone Number for International Orders: To help ensure a smoother delivery process and minimize the risk of your order being lost, we highly recommend including your phone number during checkout for all international shipments.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a tracking link that allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Undeliverable Packages

6.1. Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows that your package is lost, or if it has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe past the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately at danartlabs@gmail.com. We will work with Dan Art Labs and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Claims for packages lost in transit must typically be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

6.2. Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our comprehensive Return Policy for instructions on how to report the issue and receive a replacement.

6.3. Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages: It is crucial that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

  • If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided by you, or if it remains unclaimed after attempted deliveries, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item to the corrected address.

  • We will contact you if an order is returned due to an address issue to arrange for re-shipment and inform you of any associated costs.

7. Returns & Exchanges

As noted in our Return Policy, due to the custom, on-demand nature of our products, returns are only accepted under specific, explicitly mentioned conditions (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items). We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse or accidental orders. Please review our Return Policy thoroughly before making a purchase.
